AI for Games – Creating Intelligent & Engaging Game Characters

AI for Games introduces the core artificial intelligence techniques used in modern video games. The course focuses on gameplay-oriented AI rather than academic AI, covering decision-making systems, movement, perception, and behavior control.

Learners will design and implement NPC behaviors using finite state machines, behavior trees, pathfinding algorithms, and utility-based AI. By the end of the course, participants will be able to create believable, responsive, and performance-efficient game AI systems.
